We quote the Armstrong options side by side, from the 80 percent AFUE A801E through the 96 percent A962E and the 98 percent modulating A98MV, and let you compare the equipment cost against the efficiency on paper.
We inspect and clean the burners and heat exchanger, check and replace air filters as needed, test the safety controls and electrical connections, lubricate moving parts, and evaluate airflow and overall system efficiency. Catching a problem during maintenance is what keeps it from becoming a no-heat call in January.
